Wholistic Hygiene

In order to raise our vibrations, keeping pace with planetary changes, we need to begin with the basics. Our energetic hygiene is intimately linked with the frequencies that can move through us.

Introduction to Wholistic Hygiene

Wholistic Hygiene is all about surrendering into a flow of impeccability. Surrendering into the way our true nature wants us to live.

The traditional definition of impeccability is to “be without sin.” A more modern definition is to live with our inner truth in alignment with divine truth as much as possible, doing the best we can along the way. Sounds better, doesn’t it?

Where do we begin?

Mental Hygiene

Mental Hygiene

Every creation begins with a thought. As Mike Dooley, of TUT.com says, “Thoughts create things. Choose the good ones.”

Mental hygiene involves cleaning up our thought patterns and belief systems, releasing what no longer serves us and embracing what nurtures, nourishes, and supports us going forward. We can learn to move our minds into HER creative flow. This is HER way.

Surrendering Into Focus

Emotional Hygiene

Emotional hygiene involves releasing trapped, shut down, or frozen emotions that perpetuate destructive patterns in our lives.

The Dalai Lama has recently "coined the phrase" Emotional Hygiene. In his terms, emotional hygiene is the practice of understanding our emotions and transforming emotions that are destructive to us with those that benefit us.

Physical/Environmental Hygiene

Hygiene in the physical world might seem obvious. In some ways this is so, and in others perhaps not. Did you know that your physical environment mirrors your states of mind? And, therefore, your vibration and frequency?

Have you ever considered that a habit of leaving clutter around your house reflects a habit of allowing distracting thoughts and destructive emotions to clutter up your field? Wholistic hygiene means cleaning up your act in the mental, emotional, and physical areas of life.

Here are a few core concepts for you:

  1. A clean body and personal environment provide your awareness a platform from which to soar.
  2. Ascension from a cluttered life is like trying to sprint through loose gravel into soft sand. You won’t get anywhere quickly and are likely to face-plant along the way.
  3. Most important: Pack out your trash!

Keeping our physical lives in order means that Source has less garbage to blast through to lift us up. It isn’t HER job to shed the debris, it is ours.
